Challenge Air - For Kids & Friends

Endowment Fund Established for Hank Sasser

Challenge Air lost one of our amazing  pilots, John Henry  "Hank" Sasser, on Saturday, August 23rd, 2014 in a fatal, one-person plane accident outside of Austin, TX.  Hank's family has established an endowment in memory of Hank at Challenge Air for Kids & Friends.  Hank loved flying our kids and the money donated to this fund will ensure ongoing operations for future Fly Days.  Please call the office at 214-351-3353 to make  a donation in Hank's memory or on the donation site check "other" as your category and there will be a place when you check-out to include in memory of Hank.  Thank you and we will miss Pilot Hank!

2013 Testimonials

I wanted to take time to thank you and all of the volunteers of Challenge Air for an unbelievable Saturday experience for my son Ryan, who just turned 7 years old.  Thiswas our first time participating in this event, and my wife and I were so happy with all the warm receptions we received at the event and smiling faces that cheered on our son before and after his 30 minute flight. I am a Lockheed Martinemployee in Fort Worth, and I was not aware that my company had a participating sponsorship in the event.  I plan on writing similar praises to our localevents coordinator. April, Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts!!! Paul, Michelle and RyanChavez
