You need JavaScript enabled to view it April Culver brings twenty-five years of non-profit management and fundraising experience to Challenge Air.  As Executive Director, April is responsible for the management of fundraising, administration as well as coordination of all Fly Day events.  April's love for children with special needs began in the early 80's when she completed her Master's degree in Adapted & Developmental Physical Education.  April has served in various roles with Texas Special Olympics, American Heart Association, The American Red Cross, Tri Delta Foundation and Texas Christian University. Special needs children and youth hold a special place in April’s heart. There is no greater joy to her than making the difference in the life of a child. Her favorite quote is one by Margaret Mead, “ Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”
