Typical Fly Day Schedule

FRIDAY:
Before Noon - Tables and chairs arrive

Noon to 3PM - Staff arrive at hangar to unload event items
Before close of business – Port-o-lets arrive

3PM Set Up EventTraining for:

Registration
Check In

Flight Line (Dispatcher, Assistant Dispatcher, Certificates)
Ground School Instructor

Air Boss

Lead Loaders/Loaders

SATURDAY:

7:00 AM – Agencies arrive to set up tables

7:00 AM – Lead volunteers arrive and man their stations

7:00 AM – Lead loader training begins

7:30 AM – All other volunteers arrive/serve breakfast

7:30 AM – Match loading teams with pilots

8:00 AM – Volunteer brief

8:15 AM – Pilot brief

8:45 AM – Pilots check planes then wait for assignment with lead loader

9:00 AM – Families begin arriving

9:15 AM – First Ground School begins

9:30 AM – First flights

12:00 PM – Begin serving lunch

3:30 PM – Final flights should be landing

4:00 PM – Event space clean up
